This Week In Baseball History

Aug 11, 2023

It's hard enough to lose when you straight up get beat on the field. But when circumstances conspire to prevent you from even being able too compete? That's especially frustrating. That's what happened to the Dodgers 28 years ago this week, when a misguided promotion, questionable umpiring, and a mob mentality led to the last forfeit in baseball history to date.
